Parent Teacher Interviews (Years 11 and 12) |

| These interviews are for [B]SENIOR STUDENTS ONLY[/B]. There is an opportunity for you to meet with your child’s teachers to discuss his/her progress on Tuesday 25 July, at the scheduled Parent-Teacher interviews. Junior school interviews will occur later in the semester. The interviews will occur between [B]5.30 pm and 8.30 pm[/B] on that evening. The procedure for booking appointments is as follows: A student appointment card has been sent to you with the report Please block out times when you are not available Indicate the teachers you wish to see in the space provided Ensure your child knows your preferred times and ask them to approach their teachers to schedule the most suitable available time. If for any reason you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact your child’s teacher at the earliest opportunity. The students, who approach teachers as soon as possible, will receive their preferred timeslot. Parents should also feel comfortable about choosing not to attend if all appears to be going well. Refreshments will be available. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact the school. Parents who cannot attend but feel they need to discuss issues, should contact the appropriate teachers by email, letter or phone. All teacher email addresses and phone extension numbers are now on the school website (Staff) for easy reference.
