YEAR 11 BLOCK EXAMS
Monday March 24 — Friday March 28, 2025 (Term l, Week 9)
Student Instructions
School uniform, including footwear, must be worn to all exam sessions.
1 . Carefully read your timetable noting when your exams are occurring. You are responsible for knowing when and where your exam is.
2. Students must attend school for all scheduled exams.
3, If you do not have an exam scheduled for a session you can
• study or work on assignments at home
• study or work on assignments in the school library (you must sign in/out at the office)
• make an alternative arrangement with a teacher to study at school
4, Be at the exam room ten (10) minutes in advance of the exam session starting.

Bags must be placed outside the classroom.
6. MOBILE PHONES, SMART WATCHES AND PERSONAL LISTENING DEVICES ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE EXAM ROOM AND SHOULD NOT BE IN YOUR POSSESSION IN ACCORDANCE WITH 'AWAY FOR THE DAY' POLICY PROCEDURES.
7. Make sure you bring necessary equipment to the exam. Water bottles will be allowed.
8. Once exams start) you cannot
- talk or communicate in any way, to anyone, except the supervisor
- borrow equipment e cheat or plagiarise
- leave the exam room before the session finishes.
9, Talking or cheating during an exam will result in a referral to a HOD/Deputy Principal/Principal.
10. If you are absent from an exam, you will need a Medical Certificate to be given special consideration. You must present copies of this to the Head of Department of subject exam/s you missed, and to the office or Guidance Officer.
11. School gates will be locked for most of the school day with exception of the gate in front of Administration
You are required to present your student card to exit the school grounds (via the student gate on the corner of A Block following the morning session), or to gain entry for the beginning of the afternoon session. If you do not have your student card you will need to present to the student services window. All gates will be open at the beginning and the end of each day.
