The Duke of Edinburgh's Award provides a structured framework for Skills, Fitness, Volunteering and Adventurous Journey opportunities. Participants will gain additional QCE Points.
Cairns Police Citizens Youth Club (PCYC) is the licensed operator, which offers our participants the opportunity to continue with their Award after they have left school. Perhaps they would move away from Cairns, no problem, simply contact their new local PCYC to continue. We are not aware of another school based Awards Program in our state offering this level of versatility.
